Our Muffle waffle batter currently contains eggs and dairy, so it is not vegan. However, we're always exploring options to expand our menu. If you have specific dietary requirements, please ask our staff and we'll do our best to help you find something delicious.

Our Muffle waffle batter contains wheat flour and is not gluten-free. We handle flour and other allergens in our kitchen, so we cannot guarantee a fully gluten-free environment. If you have coeliac disease or a severe gluten intolerance, please speak with our staff before ordering.

We use Nutella, Biscoff, and other products that may contain nuts in our kitchen. While we can make waffles without nut-based toppings, we cannot guarantee a nut-free environment due to the risk of cross-contamination. If you have a severe nut allergy, please let our staff know so we can advise you accordingly.

Our soft-serve is currently dairy-based. We're always looking at ways to expand our menu, so follow us on Instagram @muffleandco for the latest updates on new offerings.

Please tell our staff about any allergies before ordering. While we take every care, our kitchen handles a range of allergens (eggs, dairy, wheat, nuts, soy), and we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from all allergens. Your safety is our priority, so please don't hesitate to ask.

A Muffle is our Muffin Waffle — golden and crispy on the outside, with a chewy filling or chocolate chips on the inside. Every Muffle is made fresh to order — never pre-made — for that delicious contrast of crisp edges and a chewy centre.

We serve creamy, premium soft-serve ice cream swirled fresh on every order. Our soft-serve pairs perfectly with our warm Muffle waffles, sundaes, and thick shakes. All our ice cream is dairy-based unless otherwise stated on the menu.

Absolutely! Every single waffle is pressed and baked to order right in front of you. We never pre-make or reheat — each waffle comes off the press warm, crisp, and fresh, exactly as a freshly baked Muffle should be.

We offer a wide range of toppings including fresh strawberries, Nutella, crushed Oreos, Biscoff spread, apple pie filling, mochi daifuku, condensed milk, sprinkles, and more. Check our full menu for the complete list of signature combinations.

Yes! Our thick shakes are made with real ice cream and are thick enough to stand a spoon in. They come in a variety of flavours and are the perfect partner to a warm Muffle waffle.
